Gift Wrapping and Gift Enclosures
Gift wrapping and gift enclosures are provided at no additional charge. If you would like to have your item(s) gift wrapped and write a personalized message, please check the appropriate box at checkout and write your message in the box provided.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept merchandise returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Only items in saleable condition & clothing that has not been worn, washed, or altered may be returned. JEWELRY, ART, FOOD, SPECIAL ORDER/CUSTOM (including all shag rugs, custom size furniture & custom upholstery) and SALE merchandise is final sale and may not be returned.
Returns/exchanges may be made at our Manhattan location or by shipping to our Manhattan location.
Exchanges and store credits exclude the original shipping charges which will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return merchandise to us for exchange or store credit, please call 1.888.806.2424 to notify us before shipping it back. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization #. Please clearly mark the outside of the box with the RMA # you are provided.

We ship via FedEx and shipping costs listed on this website are for orders shipping within the United States. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total. If you require shipping outside the US please call 1.888.806.2424 for rates and to place your order.
Orders placed on the website have a processing time of 24-48 hours if the merchandise is in stock plus shipping time via UPS. Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select refer to delivery times only and not the processing time for your order. We will make every effort to limit the processing time of orders with Overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select shipping to one day.
